Working in the NT – Unit 4

One of the most valuable strengths that Australian International Education offers is the ability for students to work whilst they are studying. Working in the Northern Territory (NT) while studying allows students to support their living expenses, connect to other people and help to improve their English skills.
Most international student visa holders can work up to 40 hours per fortnight during a semester and full-time during the semester break. To check visa conditions online, go to the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs website.
Details of a student’s ability to work, regulations and work conditions and where they can best find a job can be found in this unit – Working in the NT.
